Perfect for groups of 2–5 riders, this tour is all about big descents, no climbing, and maximum fun. Enjoy unlimited shuttle uplifts, expert guiding, and iconic trails like Send Helens, Icarus, Mack 10, and Old Salty Dog. Midday, relax with a BBQ lunch at the scenic Dreaming Pools—swim, chill, or gear up for more riding.

Bay of Fires MTB Shuttle – Swimcart Beach Pickup

Start your Bay of Fires adventure the easy way with our convenient shuttle service from Swimcart Beach.

We’ll pick you up from Swimcart Beach and transport you and your bike to the top of Blue Tier, where your ride begins. From there, you’ll roll into one of Tasmania’s most iconic mountain bike experiences — descending through lush forest, flowing trails, and stunning coastal landscapes all the way back to the Bay of Fires.

Ride at your own pace, take in the views, and enjoy the journey as you make your way back to Swimcart Beach to finish.

Please note, this is a one-way shuttle service only. There is no return shuttle to St Helens, allowing you the freedom to complete the ride on your own schedule.

Any non-riders that wish to join can do so to do the beautiful forest walk at the top of the tier before being shuttled down to the Weldborough pub for lunch with the riders.

The Blue Tier Shuttle from St Helens provides convenient transportation for mountain bikers to access the Blue Tier trail network and return to St Helens. This shuttle service allows riders to explore the Blue Tier's renowned trails without the need for their vehicles. It's a hassle-free way to experience the area's stunning scenery and challenging terrain while enjoying the convenience of transportation to and from St Helens. Finish the trail at the amazing weldborough pub for a great feed and drink.

Please note: You may have some waiting time at the weldbourgh pub while other riders complete their rides as you may be sharing a bus with people doing the top 13 also.

Fly into Launceston and enjoy our comfortable transfer through to St Helens (and surrounds) to enjoy your holiday.
